We produce socks with a customised, high-quality non-slip coating – exactly according to your specifications. From the logo upload to the digital template to the finished silicone coating in the colour of your choice.
1) From the template to the sock
Send us your logo as a JPG, EPS or PSD in the best possible quality. From this, we create a digital template and then the template for the coating. After your approval, it goes into production.
2) Production & colour
After approval, the silicone is mixed in your desired colour and printed directly onto the sole. Colour matching is CI-compliant (e.g. CMYK, RGB, hex code, logo colours).
Choose suitable sock base and yarn colours in the colour catalogue.
3) Stencil costs
The stencil is made once and costs approx. 250 €. For repeat orders, the stencil can be reused – there are no new stencil costs.
4) Cost factors of the coating
- Quantity of silicone used (large, flat motifs are more expensive than, for example, lettering or small stars)
- Motif complexity (fine structures → more effort)
- Colour mixing according to CI (exact colour fidelity possible)
5) Technical information for your motif
- Consider minimum spacing between letters/graphic elements (avoids waste)
- Motif size is adapted to the sole area (optimum utilisation)
- Almost any shape can be realised as a template: lettering, stars, logos, symbols (e.g. smiley) …
Material, care & safety
Sock: high-quality cotton mix with elastane – soft, durable, dimensionally stable.
Coating: silicone – non-slip, abrasion-resistant, pollutant-free.
